Camille Roche (b. 1989) is a photographer from France, based in Baltimore, USA.

 

Her current work focuses on portraits, encounters, and the intimacy you can see and develop through the lens. She is fascinated by the beauty and complexity of humans and their stories. She loves talking to strangers, walking around cities, writing, and being in the darkroom.

Since June 2020, she is the author of Un état proche de l'Ohio, a narrative podcast & personal newsletter telling stories about what’s going on in the US from a personal, yet informed and analytical, standpoint.
